ABOUT US
Endurance athletes want to train consistently, perform well, and stay healthy. But injuries, recurring pain, and uncertainty around strength training can make that difficult.

At Endurance Ally, we help runners, cyclists, triathletes, and other endurance athletes move better, train smarter, and stay durable so they can keep doing the sport they love.

Our team combines performance-focused physical therapy and strength training designed specifically for endurance athletes. By addressing movement limitations, improving strength, and building resilience, we help athletes not only recover from injury but also reduce future setbacks and reach their performance goals.

Whether you’re preparing for your next race, coming back from an injury, or simply trying to train without constant aches and pains, our goal is to be your ally in endurance sport.
Meet Felicia | Doctor of Physical Therapy & Owner of Endurance Ally
Felicia Sciortino works with runners and endurance athletes who want to stay healthy, train consistently, and perform at their best without being told to simply stop running when something hurts.

As both a physical therapist and a competitive runner, Felicia understands the unique demands endurance sports place on the body. Her approach focuses on helping athletes identify the root cause of pain, improve movement and strength, and return to training with a clear plan that supports both recovery and long-term performance.

Felicia earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy through Boston University’s accelerated physical therapy program, graduating in 2019. She later earned her Orthopedic Manual Therapy Certification in 2021 and became certified in Dry Needling in 2024, expanding her skillset in treating musculoskeletal injuries common in endurance athletes.

Endurance Ally was created out of Felicia’s desire to provide high-quality, one-on-one care that puts the athlete first. In many traditional healthcare settings, treatment is limited by insurance rules, short appointment times, and providers who may not fully understand the demands of endurance sports. Felicia built her practice to be different—offering individualized care that is data-informed, athlete-centered, and designed around the real training goals of her patients.

Her mission is simple: help runners and endurance athletes get back to doing the sport they love without unnecessary setbacks or blanket advice to “just stop running.”

At Endurance Ally, Felicia provides performance-focused physical therapy for endurance athletes, helping runners, triathletes, cyclists, and active individuals recover from injury, improve movement efficiency, and build the durability needed to train and compete for years to come.
