A kinematic assessment allows us to analyze your running form from a visual perspective. We can see where your asymmetries are, and where you may be lacking in mobility or strength. We can use this information to improve your running form during our gait retraining sessions.
Musculoskeletal Assessment
Once we've done a gait assessment, it's important to check strength, flexibility, joint mobility, and movement quality. These are important factors in changing the root cause of your pain and will inform us on how to personalize your strength and conditioning program.
Lever Up's body weight suspension system allows you to take up to 45 lbs body weight off while running. This means that returning to running can be a smooth transition.
